By confirming your booking with Virtual Swing, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Cancellation Policy
- 48+ Hours Notice: You may cancel or reschedule your booking with more than 48 hours’ notice to receive a full refund.
- Less Than 48 Hours: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
- Emergencies: We understand emergencies happen. In such cases, fees may be waived at our discretion.

Liability Disclaimer
- A short induction will be provided upon arrival to help you use the facility safely and to its full potential.
- Use of our facilities remains at your own risk.
- Virtual Swing is not liable for any damage to personal equipment, including broken golf clubs.
- We are also not responsible for any injuries sustained during the use or misuse of our equipment or space.
Please ensure you are physically fit for activity and follow all safety guidelines provided.
